Shipping Policy
Once orders are received, they will ship out by the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Due to delays in mail services, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Purple Rose Boutique as only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for lost packages. Should you have a problem with a damaged or lost order, the buyer will be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company/carrier.
In-Person Pick Up Policy
Once item has been purchased, please allow 2 hours for your order to be processed before pickup is available. Please provide proof of purchase at time of pickup. If you choose local pickup, orders must be picked up within 72 hours.
